1. Cash: You can make payment in cash at the physical location of the business.

2. Online Payment Platforms: We accept Zelle and Venmo to solarfishmandarin@gmail.com. Zelle is preferred. We are enrolled as Solar Fish Adventure. 

3. Bank Transfers: You can make payments through direct bank transfers. Please ask our office for account details. 

4. Check: Please make check payable to Solar Fish Adventure. 

 

• Refund/Cancellations:

Please note that these policies aim to ensure the smooth running of courses and fair admissions, while taking into account various time and cost factors.

1. All cancellations or withdrawals will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 

2. Cancellation received seven days before the start of classes: If a student cancels more than seven days prior to the start of classes (including the seventh day), 100% of the tuition will be refunded, minus the $50 processing fee.

3. Cancellation within one week before the start of classes: If a student cancels within the week leading up to the start of classes, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total tuition will be charged, in addition to the $50 processing fee. Furthermore, students have the option to convert the cancellation fee into credits for future courses.

4. Cancellation within the first two weeks of classes: If a student cancels within the first two weeks of classes, the paid tuition can be converted into Solarfish Mandarin credits.

5. Cancellation after two weeks of classes: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the first two weeks of classes.

 

• Other policies include:

These policies aim to ensure the safety of students, maintain a conducive learning environment, and facilitate the smooth operation of the courses.

 

1. Up to two makeup classes are permitted within each session/semester/package. If you need to miss a class, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Restricted access for unregistered students: Only registered students are allowed to enter the classrooms during class hours.

3. Responsibility for student belongings: Solarfish Mandarin is not responsible for any student's personal belongings, including valuable items.

4. Dealing with disruptive behavior: Solarfish Mandarin has the right to remove a student displaying disruptive behavior from the classroom and allow re-entry once the child has calmed down.

5. Modification or cancellation of courses and themes: Solarfish Mandarin reserves the right to modify or cancel courses and themes based on enrollment or other factors.
